Lisa Petrella has been the Chef of Clementine in Briarcliff Manor since its opening in April of 2017. After attending a veterinary program at Mercy College and working in catering throughout her undergraduate years, Lisa’s passion in the belief that “Food is Family” kept her in the culinary field. After spending many years in the Manhattan catering circuit and raising her two daughters, Lisa became The Executive Chef of Westchester Restaurant Group. In the position she donated her skills to serve The March of Dimes, various relief organizations, and teach inner city kids healthy eating and nutritional meal preparation. Ultimately, Clementine was a natural progression to implement her strong belief that “Food is Family “ and a healing force.
